Clifford Baughman enjoys painting and drawing. He spent his early years in every art, craft, & mechanical drawing class he could get into. Baughman has been custom painting cars since the early ‘70’s and has been in the car body business for 35 years.
“The City asked me to paint the Community Toto to closely represent the Toto in the Wizard of Oz Movie. I was honored to be asked and I hope you like it!”
